Search and AI assistant visibility

I prepare your online presence so clients, search engines and artificial intelligence assistants can find your business and understand what you offer. The service combines a technical review, better content, documented experience and tracking of results.

A · Access

So they can find and read your site

I review the conditions that allow your pages to be discovered and read:

  • Check that the domain, HTTPS and the versions with and without “www” work.
  • Review links, redirects and possible blocks to search engines.
  • Verify that the important information can be read as text, even if the animations don't run.
  • Check that the main pages are indexed in Search Console.
  • Review the sitemap and request indexing of the relevant pages.
  • Review access permissions for the search services you want to allow. For ChatGPT, OpenAI identifies OAI-SearchBot as its search crawler (official OpenAI documentation).

Deliverable: an initial diagnosis, a prioritised list of problems and verification of the agreed fixes.

B · Clarity and trust

So they understand and can verify your offer

I organise the information to answer the questions a prospective client asks:

  • Explain what you do, for whom, where you provide the service and how to hire you.
  • Improve titles, descriptions and service pages in natural language.
  • Publish prices or quoting criteria, scope, timelines and conditions.
  • Introduce the person behind the business and keep contact details consistent.
  • Document case studies: the client's need, the solution, the scope and the result.
  • Tell apart published projects, proposals and versions pending approval.
  • Add testimonials and links to public reviews.
  • Explain maintenance, later changes and the handover of access.
  • Check the experience on phones, readability, navigation and accessibility.

Improvements are applied to the pages the business needs, and titles describe their content accurately, as recommended by Google's SEO guide.

Deliverable: revised content, a clear presentation of services and case studies, and a record of the improvements made.

C · Presence and tracking

So the information is consistent and measurable

I work on the business's presence outside the website and check how it evolves:

  • Complete and update the Google Business Profile listing, where relevant.
  • Keep name, services, phone, website and service area consistent.
  • Publish work on relevant professional profiles and portfolios.
  • Encourage legitimate references and links from clients or collaborators.
  • Measure appearances in search, visits and sales enquiries.
  • Run sample queries on AI assistants with search, recording the date, the question and the sources.
  • Prioritise new improvements based on the results.

Google notes that complete information, reviews and links can contribute to local visibility (Google Business Profile guide).

Deliverable: a comparative report with results, changes made and next actions.

The price

How it works and what it costs

This is a separate service from building an immersive website. It is not included in the price of the main scene or in ongoing care. The immersive website already ships with the technical basics for search engines —titles, descriptions, sitemap, structured data and readable text—; this service goes further, and it also works for sites I didn't build.

International projects are quoted in US dollars. Clients in Mexico are quoted in pesos plus IVA (Mexican VAT): diagnosis $3,000 MXN, implementation from $10,000 MXN and monthly follow-up from $3,000 MXN.

01 · Diagnosis

$180 USD

One-off payment. A review of the website, the public presence and the starting point, with priorities, a report and a session to walk you through it.

If you hire the implementation, it's included: it isn't charged twice.

02 · Implementation

From $600 USD

One-off payment, diagnosis included. Fixes and improvements with a defined scope:

  • A review of access, indexing and how search engines read the site.
  • Better titles, text and presentation for up to five existing pages, including up to two case studies with information you provide.
  • Setting up or reviewing Search Console, the sitemap and tracking of sales enquiries.
  • A review of the Google Business Profile listing, where relevant.
  • A check on phones and targeted readability and navigation fixes.
  • A final report and a follow-up review after 30 days.

03 · Monthly follow-up

From $180 USD / month

Optional, month by month. Tracking of searches, visits and sales enquiries, a monthly report and limited agreed adjustments.

Separate from ongoing care: ongoing care keeps the site running; this follow-up measures and improves how people find you.

What is quoted separately

New 3D scenes, major rebuilds, monthly articles and outreach campaigns. In every case, scope and price are agreed in writing before we start.

The result

What you get

A more accessible website, a better explained offer, organised evidence of your experience and data to assess its visibility.

The commitment of the service is to deliver the agreed improvements and measure how they evolve. Top positions and automatic recommendations by an artificial intelligence are not guaranteed.

I applied this same process to encauzar.com first, in October 2026, and its results are measured every month.
