Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before we start

The full deposit is refunded. The project starts once the deposit and the base content are in and work begins; before that there is nothing to deduct.

If you cancel once started

The work done up to the day you let me know is deducted and the rest of the deposit is refunded. Progress is measured by the project phases —kick-off, design, build, review and delivery— and by what has already been delivered to you. I send you the breakdown in writing before making the refund.

If the work done is worth more than the deposit, the difference is paid for the work done, not for the whole project. Either way, you keep what has been built.

If I am the one who cannot continue

I refund the part of the deposit that corresponds to the work not done and hand over everything built so far.

After delivery

Once the site is delivered and published, the second payment is not refundable. What you do get is a 30-day warranty: any functional error in the delivered site is fixed at no cost.

Ongoing care

You can cancel whenever you want by letting me know in writing. The month already paid is completed and the next one is not charged. There are no automatic charges and no penalty.

How to request it

Write to johonatan@encauzar.com or on WhatsApp saying you want to cancel. Once we agree on the amount with the breakdown, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 15 business days at the latest.
